VPAR Premium Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the VPAR Premium subscription services (the “Service”) offered by VPAR Ltd. (“VPAR”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Service.


1. Subscription Options and Pricing

In-App Purchases (Apple Pay or Google Pay): Monthly Subscription: £6.99 per month Annual Subscription: £49.99 per year

 

Website Purchases (Stripe):Annual Subscription: £49.99 per year (only available via our website)

All prices include any applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.


2. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

2.1 Auto-Renewal:

All subscription plans (monthly or yearly) will automatically renew at the end of their respective billing cycles at the then-current subscription rate, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

2.2 Cancelling Your Subscription:

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  1. Apple Pay or Google Pay Subscriptions:Please follow the instructions provided by Apple or Google within their respective app stores or platforms to cancel.

  1. Stripe Website Subscriptions: Please log in to your VPAR account on our website, navigate to the “Subscription” section, and follow the cancellation instructions.

 

2.3 Effective Date of Cancellation:

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for the current billing cycle.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Methods:

Apple Pay or Google Pay(In-App): Your chosen payment method will be charged through Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store payment platform.

  • Stripe (Website Purchases): Payments will be processed via Stripe. You must ensure that the payment details provided are accurate and kept up to date.

3.2 Payment Authorisation:

By providing your payment details, you authorise us to charge the subscription fees, including any applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method at the initial subscription purchase and upon each renewal cycle.

 

3.3 Failed Payments:

If your payment is declined, we may attempt to process the payment again. If the issue persists, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service until full payment is received.

3.4 Legacy Payments:

Customers who previously subscribed at older pricing tiers or discounted legacy rates may be subject to a price adjustment to align with our current subscription fees. If you are on a legacy payment plan, we will provide you with reasonable notice before moving you to the new pricing structure. Your continued use of the Service following this notice will be deemed acceptance of the updated pricing.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refunds for Apple Pay or Google Pay Purchases:
If you have purchased your subscription via Apple Pay or Google Pay, any refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google, as applicable. They will evaluate and process your refund request in accordance with their policies. VPAR is not responsible for initiating or providing refunds for in-app purchases made through Apple Pay or Google Pay.

4.2 Refunds for Stripe (Website) Purchases:
Refunds for Stripe (website) purchases are granted solely at our discretion and in accordance with our refund policy at the time of the request. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our Customer Support Team via support@vpar.com . We will review your request, and if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method.

4.3 No Refunds on Partial Billing Cycles:
Except where required by law, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial billing cycles or unused periods of Service following a cancellation.

5. Discount Codes and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility:
Discount codes or promotional offers are only valid for new users unless otherwise stated in the promotion by VPAR.

5.2 Application of Discounts:
All discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase.

5.3 Misuse of Discounts:
We reserve the right to revoke any discount code, promotion, or offer if we believe it has been obtained fraudulently, used in a manner that violates these Terms, or is otherwise misused.

6. Changes to Subscription and Pricing

6.1 Pricing Adjustments:
We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we do so, we will provide reasonable notice to you before the changes take effect.

6.2 Continued Use After Pricing Changes:
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to pricing constitute your acceptance of the new subscription fees. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription prior to the commencement of the new billing cycle.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after such changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription and discontinue use of the Service.
