BMW Golf Cup Virtual Challenge

Win a hosted round of Golf for two at Wentworth with an overnight stay at the 5-star Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa.

Welcome to the BMW Golf Cup Virtual Challenge powered by VPAR – your chance to experience the thrill of competition, wherever and whenever you choose to play!

Simply join the BMW Challenge then play and score a stableford round on VPAR and be added to the challenge leaderboard.

This is a stableford points challenge with your one best score showing on the leaderboard. Play as many times as you can within the competition period to try to improve your position on the leaderboard.

Competitors will be divided into three categories:

Men A (handicaps up to 12.4)

Men B (handicaps 12.5 to 28.4)

Women (handicaps up to 36)

Finish in the top 10 in your category at the end of the Challenge to be entered into the main prize draw to win an unforgettable golf getaway.

Don’t worry if you don’t have your A game, there will be a monthly prize draw for all entrants to win a Callaway Golf bundle worth £200.

There will be a random draw each month (July, August, September) for all golfers in the challenge to win:

How to Join

To join the BMW Golf Cup Virtual Challenge you will need to download the VPAR app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account, see download links below.

Then follow the instructions below to locate and join, the ‘BMW Golf Cup Virtual Challenge’ Challenge.

You will need Pin 491826.

Find Challenge

Tap the Challenge tab in the VPAR app. Then, click the search icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Enter Pin

Once you’ve entered the PIN 491826, Press the Find Challange button and the ‘BMW Golf Cup Virtual Challenge’ Challenge will appear.

Join Challenge

Just tap the Join button at the bottom of the screen—and that’s it, you’re in!

Score Rounds

Go to the Play tab and click ‘New Game’. Choose Stableford as your scoring format and complete the rest of the game setup. All you need to do is score your round—your results will automatically be applied to the challenge.

View Challenge

Once you’ve completed your round, head over to the challenge to see where you stand on the leaderboard.

Conditions of Entry – General

To enter the BMW Golf Cup Virtual Challenge you must be:
• A recipient of a BMW UK invitation
• An amateur golfer
• 18 years and over on the date of the entry
• In possession of a valid individual up-to-date Handicap Index
• Employees, contract workers, and lease employees of BMW UK, BMW I.E or their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family or household, are eligible to participate but not eligible to win.
• Simply join the BMW Cup Virtual Challenge within the VPAR app, then play and score a stableford round on VPAR to be added to the leaderboard.
• Entries open at 00:00 on 02/07/2025 and close at 00:00 on 30/09/2025.
• Entries outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Terms and Conditions

• Competitors will be divided into three categories:
• Men A (handicaps up to 12.4)
• Men B (handicaps 12.5 to 28.4)
• Women (handicaps up to 36)
• Top 10 in each category will enter a prize draw. One player from each category wins a hosted round at Wentworth Golf Club for two, with a night’s stay at Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa including dinner and breakfast.
• Players must be over 18 and amateur only.
• Players must have a valid handicap. Those without may obtain a VPAR handicap by completing 3 rounds in the app.
• Geo-location tracking is required; scores inputted off-course will be disqualified.
• Enter scores after each hole to ensure verification based on timing and location.
• VPAR may disqualify entrants not adhering to golf rules, at its discretion.
• In the event of ties, countback will be used (back 9, then 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 holes). Ties after countback go to the prize draw.
• Prize winners must verify scores and valid handicap.
• Prizes awarded at VPAR’s absolute discretion.

Prizes

• Top 10 leaderboard players per category enter a prize draw.
One winner per category receives:
• 18-hole hosted round at Wentworth Golf Club for two.
• One night double occupancy stay at Pennyhill Park Hotel & Spa.
• Dinner for two at Hillfield Restaurant.
Prize details:
• Golf round redeemable Mon–Fri, 11:00 onward, subject to availability.
• Stay excludes bank/seasonal holidays.
• Dinner capped at £75pp.
• Travel and extras paid by the winner.
To redeem the prize:
• Authorize VPAR to share your contact details with a 3rd party agency.
• Claim within 14 days or risk redraw.
• Provide home address and date preferences for booking.
• A voucher will be supplied for the hotel stay.
• No substitutions or cash equivalents.

Spot Prizes

• Monthly random draws during July, August, and September 2025.
• Prize: £200 Callaway prize bundle (3 prizes total).
• Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, no cash alternative.
• Delivery only to UK and Ireland.
• Fulfilment within 28 days of address confirmation.

The Organisers

• Winners notified by email and have 14 days to claim.
• VPAR may redraw if no response within time period.
• Winners must authorize sharing of personal details for booking.
• Prize details may change without notice.
• No substitutions, transfers, or cash alternatives.
